A Romanian girl has given birth in Jwerez de la Frontera (Cádiz) at the age of 10 years.  Given the fact so rare in our country, the authorithies have taken action on the matter to check the status of the child.  According to the manifestations of his family, this is a fact "normal" between their culture.
