A su funeral asistieron personas de todos los estamentos sociales americanos desde la Primera Dama, Presidente Clinton,c antantes, actores de Hollywood, etc. Fué un hombre comprometido con la época que le tocó vivir e hizo todo lo posible para que el mundo fuese más justo y feliz.
